All of our products are handmade, it's the imperfections that make them special.

Sizes are approximate but close.

We will make sure your item(s) are sent within the 4-6 weeks, however once its been shipped it is out of our hands.

Normally it goes pretty smooth but there have been shipping delays in the past, particularly during the holidays.

Once you purchase a product the creative process has begun and due to demand we can not allow refunds or cancellations.

Returns will only be allowed if the error is ours and only for store credit.

We do our best to make our products last, they are not weather proof.

Many of our items are made of wood and over time they will weather and fade.

We recommend keeping them under cover and not in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

We do our best to get things to you as quick as possible but please allow 4-6 weeks as we have to hand make your item, pack it and ship it.

If we deliver locally it will be at a reduced rate over the shipping fee.
